Games industry veteran Mattias Gustavsson blogs about games (with a special focus on retro games), game development and the games industry, and shares development tricks and useful source code, such as his public domain game engine Pixie.
Colossus Entertainment
This is my website where I release all the little games I make, and generally give stuff away. Maybe some day I will sell games on there as well :-)
TopHat Arcade
A place where you can download, try and buy great indie-games of the genres Simulation, Roleplaying and Strategy. You will also find a lot of useful resources for game development.
retrogamedev.org
I set this up as a community site a while back. It's meant as a nice place to hang out and share things for all of us who are into Retro games and making them.
Pixie Game Engine
This is the graphics/sound/input framework I use for all my games. It's starting to shape up quite nicely, and is looking to be a quite capable little library. It's totally free (public domain).
Why not try a great Risk game?
I was the programmer on this game (published by iWin), and I can highly recommend it - it's got great AI, and plays really well.
